Shipping Within Australia

We ship all orders via Australia Post from our Sydney HQ. Once your order is packed and on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

(Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays within the Australia Post network.)

Order Processing

We do our best to pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. During busy periods (like sales or new launches), there might be a small delay - but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Costs

A flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies to all orders within Australia. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.00, and will be automatically applied at checkout once the minimum spend has been reached.

Preorders & Split Shipments

If you’ve ordered an item on preorder, your full order will ship together once everything is in stock. If you’d prefer separate shipments, please place them as individual orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been sent, you’ll receive tracking details directly from Australia Post. If your tracking link isn’t updating, give it 24 hours - sometimes parcels need a moment to catch up in the system.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We know how frustrating it can be waiting for a delivery. If your parcel seems delayed, please check your tracking first, then reach out to Australia Post for an update. If you’re still stuck, contact us - we’ll help get to the bottom of it.
